How it works
Partner A starts
Enter your name and email, then answer each question privately. Choose whether to invite Partner B via email or share a link yourself.
Partner B responds
Your partner receives a link to complete their side of the survey. Their answers are completely private until both of you finish.
Results delivered
Once both partners complete the survey, you'll each receive an email with your combined results showing your shared interests.
Your responses stay private
The Couples Survey is a simple tool designed to help couples discover what they both might enjoy, without the pressure of asking directly. Each partner answers a series of questions about different types of intimacy and connection using three responses: Yes (I'm interested), No (not for me), or If My Partner Is Into It (I'd be open if they are).
When both partners complete the survey, you'll receive a summary of your shared yeses and areas where you're both open. This can be a wonderful starting point for conversations about what you want more of in your relationship.
Your individual answers are never shared. Only the combined results are visible to both of you.

We use your email address to send survey links, optional reminders, and your final results. You can also opt in to receive occasional relationship tips from Hi Love. We respect your privacy and will never share your information.

Will my partner see my individual answers?
No. Both of you only see the combined summary after you each finish. Your individual Yes, No, and If responses are never shown to your partner.
Can I choose whether No answers appear in the results?
Yes. Partner A makes this choice at the beginning. If you prefer, the results can show only your shared yeses and open areas, without listing what either of you said No to.
Is this a substitute for therapy?
No. This is an educational tool designed to spark conversation and connection. It is not therapy and does not replace professional support for trauma, relationship distress, or medical concerns.
Is this inclusive of all genders, orientations, and bodies?
Yes. The survey is intentionally designed to be inclusive and respectful of all couples, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, or physical ability.
What happens to my data?
Your survey responses are stored securely and are only used to generate your results. We do not share your information with third parties.
